We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located next to a beautiful National Park, perfect for hiking and exploring nature. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including a terrace and in-room safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the spa and wellness center, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. The kids had a blast in the children's play area and the kids club, and the animators did a great job keeping them entertained. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay memorable.

This hotel village is nestled in a beautiful surrounding area with lovely forests and trails. The hotel’s activities for kids would keep them busy and entertained throughout the day. The hotel offered varied meal options catering to different dietary requirements.

The staff’s inability to communicate in English could make communication difficult for non-Spanish speaking guests. the hotel is more suited for families with children, and non-family guests may feel out of place.

Perfect place for families with young children. The location is stunning, surrounded by national parks and forests, ideal for trekking. There are a lot of organized activities for children, including two swimming pools, a small one for babies and a big one for everyone. They also offer delicious food for breakfast and meals, with special options for people with allergies and vegans. the hotel crew is friendly and always available to help.

The hotel seems to be too crowded during peak season, and with few staff members, the service can be a bit slow. Sometimes some areas, like the bar and restaurant, lack cleaning, and the noise can be overwhelming, especially when the children are running and shouting around the pool.
